Senf und dem Rub einreiben. Die Zwiebel in halbe Ringe und den Knoblauch und die Chili sehr fein schneiden und zu dem Fleisch in die Sch\u00fcssel geben (gut zwischen dem Fleisch verteilen damit der Geschmack einziehen kann). Den Wei\u00dfwein hinzugeben, bis das Fleisch bedeckt ist. Jetzt die Sch\u00fcssel abdecken (Frischhaltefolie) und das Fleisch mind. eine Stunde aber am besten \u00fcber Nacht marinieren lassen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1249-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Nun das Gem\u00fcse mundgerecht w\u00fcrfeln und den Kohl ohne Strunk in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1249-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Das Fleisch gr\u00fcndlich anbraten, abk\u00fchlen lassen und in Mundgerechte St\u00fccke (geschnetzeltes) schneiden.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1249-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Die Zwiebel, den Koblauch und die Chili aus der Marinade mit der Schaumsch\u00f6pfkelle herausnehmen und glasig anbraten. Dann die Kartoffeln und die Karotten mit anbraten. Wenn es anf\u00e4ngt sich festzusetzen, das ganze mit dem Wei\u00dfweinsud abl\u00f6schen und einreduzieren lassen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1249-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Das kleingeschnittene Fleisch, die Br\u00fche (300 ml) und den Schmelzk\u00e4se und das Cr\u00e9me Fra\u00edche (unterheben) mit in den DO geben. Jetzt den Spitzkohl hinzu und f\u00fcr ca. 1\/2 bis 3\/4 Stunde k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1249-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Zwischenzeitlich umr\u00fchren und ggf.
