Fleisches, das hei\u00dft, zwei gleichgro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcsseln sind gleich bef\u00fcllt. Einmal mit Fleisch und einmal mit Zwiebeln. Das Gewicht ist unterschiedlich, das Volumen ist gleich.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1883-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">In einem gro\u00dfen Topf mit viel Fl\u00e4che (Br\u00e4ter oder gro\u00dfer DutchOVen), Pflanzen\u00f6l bei hoher Temperatur erhitzen und das Rindfleisch darin anbraten. Hierbei sollte das Fleisch gen\u00fcgend Auflagefl\u00e4che haben und nicht direkt umger\u00fchrt werden, um R\u00f6ststoffe bilden zu k\u00f6nnen. (Ist der Topf nicht gro\u00df genug, erst die H\u00e4lfte anbraten, das Fleisch zur Seite legen und dann die zweite H\u00e4lfte anbraten.)<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1883-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Ist das Fleisch von allen Seiten braun, k\u00f6nnen die Zwiebeln hinzugegeben werden. Auch diese werden angebraten. Sind wieder R\u00f6ststoffe entstanden, Tomatenmark dazugeben und anschwitzen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1883-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Um die R\u00f6ststoffe vom Boden zu l\u00f6sen, etwas Rotwein dazugeben. Paprika Pulver mit anschwitzen und bei erneuter R\u00f6ststoffbildung, wieder mit Rotwein abl\u00f6schen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1883-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Die restlichen Gew\u00fcrze und Knoblauchzehe, lassen sich mit etwas Butter vermengt leicht mit dem Messer zerhacken und k\u00f6nnen so zum Gulasch gegeben werden. Mit Salz w\u00fcrzen und den Fond oder das Wasser hinzugeben bis die Fleischst\u00fccke einmal unter der So\u00dfe liegen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1883-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Das Gulasch zugedeckt bei geringer Temperatur f\u00fcr wenigstens 1 1\/2 Stunden schmoren lassen.
