Die Laugensemmeln halbieren und die Schnittfl\u00e4chen in einer Pfanne ohne Fett anr\u00f6sten. Herausnehmen. Das Oliven\u00f6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen und das Fleisch darin bei starker Hitze auf beiden Seiten anbraten. Den Knoblauch und den Rosmarin dazugeben. Das Fleisch aus der Pfanne nehmen, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und lauwarm halten.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1871-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und in feine Streifen schneiden. Die Butter in der Pfanne aufsch\u00e4umen. Die Zwiebeln dazugeben und and\u00fcnsten. Wenn die Zwiebeln Farbe genommen haben, mit dem Wei\u00dfbier abl\u00f6schen. Den Senf unterr\u00fchren und den Essig dazugeben. So lange schmoren lassen, bis die Zwiebeln weich sind. Das Fleisch zu den Zwiebeln geben und wenden.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1871-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Die Radieschen putzen, waschen und in feine Scheiben schneiden. Vom Kopfsalat die \u00e4u\u00dferen Bl\u00e4tter entfernen. Den Salat in einzelne Bl\u00e4tter teilen, waschen, trockenschleudern und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke zupfen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1871-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Auf eine H\u00e4lfte der Laugensemmeln den Kopfsalat legen. Das Fleisch jeweils schr\u00e4g in 2 bis 3 Scheiben schneiden und auf den Salat legen. Die Zwiebeln darauf verteilen. Den Miesbacher in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und zusammen mit den Radieschen auf den Zwiebeln verteilen. Leicht salzen. Den Meerrettich dar\u00fcber streuen und mit etwas Schnittlauch garnieren.
