hinein. Das Ganze l\u00e4sst man jetzt 5 Minuten stehen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1862-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Anschlie\u00dfend gibt man die restlichen Zutaten des Teiges hinzu: Mehl, Salz, ein Ei und die weiche (oder fl\u00fcssige) Butter und verknetet alles zu einem geschmeidigen Teig. Den Teig l\u00e4sst man jetzt abgedeckt an einem warmen Ort etwa 1 Stunde gehen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1862-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Nach dieser Stunde formt man aus dem Teig die Buns. Man nimmt ca. 80 Gramm Teig pro Bun. Die Teigmenge reicht f\u00fcr etwa 11-12 Hamburgerbr\u00f6tchen. Man rollt den Teig in den Handinnenfl\u00e4chen zu einer gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen runden Kugel und presst diese dann auf einem mit Backpapier belegtem Backblech zu einer flachen Scheibe mit ca. 8-9 cm Durchmesser. Bei dem Formen der flachen Scheiben sollte man sich ein wenig M\u00fche geben, denn je gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger man hier die Teigscheiben formt, desto besser wird das fertige Bun. Hilfreich k\u00f6nnen hier \"Burgerringe\" (10cm) sein. Diese sollten allerdings von innen mit Butter (oder mit Backtrennspray) eingefettet werden, sonst bekommt man sie nach dem Backen nicht mehr heile aus den Ringen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1862-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Die Teiglinge m\u00fcssen jetzt nochmal eine Stunde gehen. Das ist besonders wichtig, denn sonst bekommt man keine fluffigen Buns. In der Zwischenzeit verquirlt man ein Ei mit 2 EL Wasser und 2 EL Milch. Nachdem die Buns eine Stunde gegangen sind, werden sie mit dem verquirlten Ei bestrichen. Das sorgt sp\u00e4ter f\u00fcr einen sch\u00f6nen Glanz auf den Br\u00f6tchen. Wichtig ist, dass die Milch-Wasser-Ei-Mischung nicht zu kalt ist, denn sonst f\u00e4llt das Bun zusammen. Optional bestreut man die Buns jetzt noch mit Sesam.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1862-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Jetzt gibt man die Buns in den auf 200 Grad (Ober-\/Unterhitze) vorgeheizten Backofen und l\u00e4sst sie etwa 16-20 Minuten backen, bis die Oberfl\u00e4che goldbraun ist.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n<div id=\"recipe-video\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"recipe-1862-notes\" class=\"wprm-recipe-notes-container wprm-block-text-normal\"><h3 class=\"wprm-recipe-header wprm-recipe-notes-header wprm-block-text-bold wprm-align-left wprm-header-decoration-none\" style=\"\">Notizen<\/h3><div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes\"><ul>\n<li><strong>Die Buns sind einfrierbar!<\/strong> 1-2 Buns in kleine 1l Gefrierbeutel einfrieren. Man kann die Buns im Backofen oder auf dem Toaster auftauen. Die gefrorenen Buns einfach in den (nicht vorgeheizten) Backofen stellen und auf 150 Grad Ober-\/Unterhitze backen. Nach etwa 12 Minuten hat man frische und duftende Buns.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Man kann den Teig auch am Vorabend zubereiten.<\/strong> Dazu l\u00e4sst man den Teig dann \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank abgedeckt gehen und geht dann genau so vor wie beschrieben (Buns formen, gehen lassen, ab in den Backofen).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die Br\u00f6tchen anr\u00f6sten\/toasten\/angrillen.<\/strong> Viele toasten die Buns vor Verwendung, oder grillen die Schnittfl\u00e4chen kurz an. Das kann man machen, besser ist aber: Die Schnittfl\u00e4chen der aufgeschnittenen Buns kurz mit etwas Butter in eine Pfanne geben und dann goldbraun r\u00f6sten.
