Den Dinkel dazugeben und unter R\u00fchren ca. 5 Minuten mit anbraten. Die Zucchini, die Pilze dazugeben und kurz mitbraten. Mit der hei\u00dfen Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche abl\u00f6schen. Das Tomatenmark und die Gew\u00fcrze in die So\u00dfe gut einr\u00fchren und den Knoblauch dazugeben. Wenn der Dinkel nicht vorged\u00e4mpft ist, bei geschlossenem Deckel und schwacher Hitze kochen, bis er gar ist. Bei Bedarf noch etwas Fl\u00fcssigkeit nachgeben. Zuletzt die Eier verquirlen, mit Pfeffer und Salz w\u00fcrzen unterheben und 1-2 Minuten bis zur gew\u00fcnschten Konsistenz der Masse braten lassen.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n<div id=\"recipe-video\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"recipe-1835-notes\" class=\"wprm-recipe-notes-container wprm-block-text-normal\"><h3 class=\"wprm-recipe-header wprm-recipe-notes-header wprm-block-text-bold wprm-align-left wprm-header-decoration-none\" style=\"\">Notizen<\/h3><div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Gereicht wird der Dinkel mit einer leckeren Erdnussso\u00dfe. Das Gericht kann super mit H\u00fchner-oder Putenfleisch erg\u00e4nzt werden. Dazu passt auch gut ein frischer s\u00fc\u00dfer Karottensalat.
