Im Anschluss werden sie 2 Stunden lang in einem geschlossenen Beh\u00e4lter mit etwas Marinade bei 110\u00b0C weiter gegart. Die Leiterchen werden \u00fcber Nacht oder l\u00e4nger in der Marinade eingelegt. Welcher Saft die Grundlage bildet, ist eigentlich egal, es muss nur genug S\u00e4ure vorhanden sein, damit die Ribs sch\u00f6n zart und m\u00fcrbe werden.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2084-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Die Rippchen jetzt gut trocknen und \"einrubben\" und dann eng in Frischhaltefolie einwickeln. Sie sollen noch 3-6 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen, so zieht der Rub sch\u00f6n durch.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2084-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Der Smoker wird auf 110\u00b0C aufgeheizt. Die Leiterchen bleiben jetzt erst einmal eine Stunde in Ruhe im Smoker, bevor begonnen wird die Mop-Sauce aufzutragen. Wenn zu fr\u00fch mit dem Moppen begonnen wird, w\u00e4scht sich der Rub wieder runter, weil sich noch keine Kruste gebildet hat. Zum Moppen empfiehlt sich ein Mop oder eine Spr\u00fchpistole.
