style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Das Wichtigste in diesem Rezept ist, die Zwiebeln so d\u00fcnn zu schneiden (oder reiben), dass sie in der Zeit garen k\u00f6nnen, die dieser d\u00fcnne Burger zum Kochen ben\u00f6tigt (was nur wenige Minuten dauert). Nimm dir also Zeit und mache die Zwiebeln so d\u00fcnn wie m\u00f6glich. Die andere wichtige Sache ist, sicherzustellen, dass du kein zu mageres Rinderhackfleisch kaufst. Sonst haben die Patties nicht genug Fett um den Burger zu braten und er wird kr\u00fcmelig und trocken. Portioniere das Fleisch in ca. 85g B\u00e4llchen, die etwas kleiner als ein Baseball sind.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2495-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Heize eine gusseiserne Pfanne sehr gut vor und r\u00f6ste die Br\u00f6tchen kurz bevor sie zu rauchen beginnen. Sobald die Br\u00f6tchen ger\u00f6stet sind, nimm Sie sie heraus und gib zwei Kugeln Rinderhackfleisch in die Pfanne mit einem Abstand dazwischen. Dann den Burger sofort mit einem Spatel oder etwas \u00e4hnlichem zerdr\u00fccken (smashen). Verwende ggf. Pergamentpapier, um sicherzustellen, dass es nicht kleben bleibt. Dr\u00fccke die Fleischr\u00e4nder in die Pfanne, um es die Patties sch\u00f6n d\u00fcnn zu machen. Dann die Patties mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und etwa eine Handvoll Zwiebeln direkt auf das Fleisch geben. Die Zwiebeln auch w\u00fcrzen. Dies ist die einzige Seite der Patties, die angebraten wird. Stell also sicher, dass sie dort gut angebraten sind, indem du sicherstellst, dass die Hitze in der Pfanne hoch genug ist und du den gesamten Vorgang \u00fcberwachst. Schaue immer wieder nach, um zu sehen, ob sich eine Kruste gebildet hat. Wenn das der Fall ist, nimm den Pfannenwender und drehe die Patties vorsichtig um damit die Zwiebeln jetzt darauf garen k\u00f6nnen. W\u00fcrze die andere Seite des Fleisches und lege dann eine Scheibe K\u00e4ses auf den Pattie, dann oben auf dem K\u00e4se die untere Seite des Burger Buns, dann oben auf dem unteren Bun das obere Teil. Das l\u00e4sst die Br\u00f6tchen d\u00e4mpfen und w\u00e4rmt sie auf. Der Grund, warum die Zwiebeln so d\u00fcnn sein m\u00fcssen, ist, dass sie f\u00fcr diese Methode superschnell garen m\u00fcssen. Wenn die Zwiebeln zu dick sind, wird der Burger eher mit rohen Zwiebeln als mit gekochten s\u00fc\u00dfen Zwiebeln \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigt, die den reichen Burger ausgleichen. Wenn die Zwiebeln d\u00fcnn genug sind, brauchen Sie nur 1-2 Minuten, um zu garen.
