Die Bratpfanne mit 1\/2 Tasse Wasser abl\u00f6schen und die Fl\u00fcssigkeiten in den Suppentopf geben.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2583-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">In dieselbe Pfanne 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Speise\u00f6l und die geschnittenen Karotten, Sellerie und Zwiebel geben. Die Mischung bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten, bis die Zwiebeln glasig sind, etwa 4 bis 5 Minuten. Sobald die Zwiebel weich ist, f\u00fcge den Knoblauch hinzu und koche alles noch 1 Minute. F\u00fclle das angebratene Gem\u00fcse in den Suppentopf. Gebe die Butter in die Pfanne und lasse sie schmelzen, bevor die Pilze hinzu gegeben werden. Die Champignons 4 bis 5 Minuten anbraten, bis sie rundum gut gebr\u00e4unt sind. Die Champignons mit Salz w\u00fcrzen und dann das Mehl dazugeben. Das Mehl gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcber die Pilze geben, damit sie gut beschichtet sind, und 1 Minute kochen lassen und gelegentlich umr\u00fchren; die Pilze auch in den Topf geben.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2583-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">In den Suppentopf Rotwein, Tomatensauce, Worcestershire, Rinderbr\u00fche, die Gew\u00fcrze und die Kr\u00e4uter geben. Gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig mit schwarzem Pfeffer und ca. 1 1\/2 TL Salz w\u00fcrzen. Den Topf mit einem Deckel abdecken und bei starker Hitze zum Kochen bringen. Nach dem Kochen die Hitze auf niedrige Stufe reduzieren und die Suppe 1 bis 1 1\/2 Stunden weiterk\u00f6cheln lassen, oder bis das Rindfleisch zart ist.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2583-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">F\u00fcge die Kartoffeln und die gefrorenen Erbsen hinzu; Wenn du frische Erbsen verwendest, f\u00fcge sie 10 Minuten sp\u00e4ter hinzu. Koche die Kartoffeln 20 Minuten lang oder bis sie Gabelweich sind.
