Das dauert etwa 3-4 Min. Sobald die Fl\u00fcssigkeit verdunstet ist, kann man den Spinat in einen Mixer umf\u00fcllen. Spinat mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und mit einem Mixer p\u00fcrieren. Mit Hartk\u00e4se, Ricotta, Eigelb und Muskat verr\u00fchren. Mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Ravioli herstellen<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2579-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Teig etwas bemehlen und mithilfe einer Nudelwalze Nudelplatten walzen. F\u00fcllung mithilfe eines Spritzbeutels oder einem Teel\u00f6ffel ca. 2 cm gro\u00df auf die Nudelplatten spritzen\/platzieren. Die R\u00e4nder und Zwischenr\u00e4ume etwas mit Wasser bepinseln.
