Es soll ein relativ fester Teig dabei entstehen. Eine Kugel formen, in Klarsichtfolie einschlagen und eine halbe Stunde ruhen lassen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2902-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Danach den Teig mit dem Nudelholz oder mit der Nudelmaschine d\u00fcnn ausrollen und als Pasta zuschneiden (mit dem Messer oder Maschine).
