Dabei entsteht eine Kruste, die das Innere sch\u00f6n zart h\u00e4lt. Das Zubereiten von \u201cBlackened Fish\u201d ist eigentlich ganz einfach, aber es entsteht eine Menge Rauch und Hitze dabei. Vielleicht k\u00f6nnt ihr ja drau\u00dfen mit einer Pfanne auf dem Gasgrill arbeiten\u2026\r\n\r\n\r\nEs passt wunderbar zu Fisch, H\u00fchnchen, Steak oder sogar \u00fcber ger\u00f6stetes Gem\u00fcse
