Sobald das Reispapier weich und geschmeidig ist, ans untere Ende mittig 1-2 Essl\u00f6ffel (je gr\u00f6\u00dfe Reispapierbogen) der Masse geben und von unten beginnend das Reispapier eng aufzurollen, dabei links und rechts einschlagen, fertig aufrollen und den \u00e4u\u00dferen Rand festkleben. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3469-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">In eine Pfanne 1,5-2cm hoch \u00d6l einf\u00fcllen und auf 140-150\u00b0 Grad erhitzen.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Die Rollen langsam hineingleiten lassen \u2013 Vorsicht Spritzgefahr! \u2013 und bei mittlerer Hitze unter st\u00e4ndigem Wenden hellbraun braten.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Wenn die Hitze zu niedrig ist, schwimmen sie nur im \u00d6l ohne zu braten, wenn sie zu hoch ist, wirft das Reispapier Blasen. Diese sehen zum einen unsch\u00f6n aus, zum anderen, wenn sie platzen, kommt die F\u00fcllung direkt mit dem \u00d6l in Verbindung und wird unappetitlich braun. Also die Temperaturentsprechend regeln.
