Diese mit den Garnelen von beiden Seiten f\u00fcr etwa 2 Minuten anbraten. Anschlie\u00dfend den Herd ausstellen. Fleisch und Garnelen mit Sojaso\u00dfe, Limettensaft und Fischso\u00dfe w\u00fcrzen und danach den Sesam dar\u00fcber streuen. Danach alles gut ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3492-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Dann die Gurke waschen, Kerngeh\u00e4use herauskratzen, l\u00e4ngs halbieren und in 10 cm lange Streifen schneiden. M\u00f6hre und Zwiebel ebenfalls sch\u00e4len und in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden. Mango sch\u00e4len, Fruchtfleisch vom Kern trennen und anschlie\u00dfend in Scheiben schneiden. Tipp: Zum Herauskratzen des Kerngeh\u00e4uses kannst du einfach einen L\u00f6ffel verwenden.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3492-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Danach das Reispapier einzeln f\u00fcr 10-15 Sekunden durch warmes Wasser ziehen. Anschlie\u00dfend z\u00fcgig bef\u00fcllen. Die Zutaten dabei mit ca. 2 cm Abstand zum Rand darauf schichten. Hinweis: Achte darauf, dass die Reisnudeln gut abgek\u00fchlt sind.
