Knoblauch und Chili (falls verwendet) darin anbraten, bis sie duften. Rindfleischstreifen hinzuf\u00fcgen und von allen Seiten scharf anbraten, bis sie eine sch\u00f6ne braune Farbe haben. Zucchini hinzuf\u00fcgen und weiterbraten, bis sie weich, aber noch bissfest sind.
