Die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch sch\u00e4len, dann mit den Pilzen sehr fein hacken und mit dem restlichen St\u00fcck Butter und einem weiteren \u00d6lpfropfen in die Pfanne geben.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1976-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Den restlichen Rosmarin vom Zweig abziehen, hinzugeben und f\u00fcr 15 Minuten anbraten bis alles weich ist und beginnt zu karamellisieren, regelm\u00e4\u00dfig umr\u00fchren.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1976-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Die Leber und die Worcester Sauce in die Pfanne geben und einige Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, dann alles auf ein gro\u00dfes Brett kippen und mit dem Tr\u00fcffel\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln (falls verwendet).<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1976-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Alles von Hand mit einem gro\u00dfen Messer klein hacken\/wiegen, bis es die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz erh\u00e4lt. Abschmecken und w\u00fcrzen nach Geschmack, dann die Semmelbr\u00f6sel hinzugeben (sie saugen sp\u00e4ter sch\u00f6n den Bratensaft auf).<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1976-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Den Ofen auf 210\u00b0 C stellen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1976-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Auf einer mit Mehl best\u00e4ubten Oberfl\u00e4che den Teig auf 30 cm x 40 cm ausrollen. Mit der l\u00e4ngeren Kante vorne, die Pilz-Pastete \u00fcber den Teig gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilen, einen 5cm Rand am Ende jeder Seite lassen. Diese R\u00e4nder mit Eigelb einstreichen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1976-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Das Rindfleisch passend auf die Pastete am vorderen Rand legen und von dort beginnend den Teig fest um das Rindfleisch einrollen und die Enden, wie bei einem \"Knallbonbon\", zusammendr\u00fccken.
