class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Die Steaks mit den Gew\u00fcrzen bestreuen. Eine der Zwiebeln halbieren und die beiden H\u00e4lften in Streifen schneiden. Zum Marinieren das Fleisch zusammen mit den Zwiebelstreifen in eine verschlie\u00dfbaren Schale oder Beutel gegeben. Das Ganze mit Bier \u00fcbergie\u00dfen und \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank ziehen lassen. F\u00fcr die Auswahl der Biersorte gibt keine Vorgaben (helles Bier  als original, es kann aber auch Schwarzbier z.B. Porter verwendet werden). Auch bei dem Gew\u00fcrz gibt es keine Vorgaben. Quick&amp;Dirty:  die Steaks w\u00fcrzen und anbraten und das Bier direkt in den Dutch Oven geben.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Eigentliche Zubereitung<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1961-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Den Dutch Oven vorheizen und Butterschmalz schmelzen lassen. Sobald der Dutch Oven eine ordentliche Temperatur erreicht hat, die Steaks von beiden Seiten kurz scharf angebraten. Dann entnehmen und beiseite stellen. Nun die Zwiebeln in Streifen zusammen mit dem Tomatenmark in den Dutch Oven geben und anbraten. Mit dem Rinderfond abl\u00f6schen und noch einen Essl\u00f6ffel Mehl dazu geben, damit die Sauce gut abbindet. Die Reste der Marinade (Zwiebeln und Bier) ebenfalls in den DO geben. Jetzt auch die Steaks wieder in den Dutch Oven. Die Steaks sollten wenigstens zur H\u00e4lfte mit Fl\u00fcssigkeit bedeckt sein. Ggf. den F\u00fcllstand mit zus\u00e4tzlichen Fond oder Bier korrigieren.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1961-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Den DO nun schlie\u00dfen und f\u00fcr ca. 90 Minuten garen. Nach dieser Zeit sind die Steaks sehr sch\u00f6n zart. Die Sauce nun mit Salz, Pfeffer und etwas Zuckerr\u00fcbensirup abschmecken.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1961-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Zum Anrichten die Steaks vorsichtig aus dem DO nehmen und den Rest vorsichtig durch ein K\u00fcchensieb geben. Auf dem Teller badet nicht alles in Sauce und jeder kann Sauce, Zwiebel und das Fleisch nach pers\u00f6nlichen Vorlieben dosieren.
