Der Pecorino wird mit dem Ei (ein ganzes und drei Eigelb) vermengt (pro Person etwa eine halbe Tasse K\u00e4se und ein Ei) und mit Pfeffer und Salz gew\u00fcrzt.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1537-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Jetzt den Speck in einer Pfanne scharf anbraten bis das Fett sich aufgel\u00f6st hat und der Speck sch\u00f6n knusprig ist.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1537-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Wenn der Speck gut angebraten ist, werden die Nudeln direkt aus dem Topf in die Pfanne gegeben, das st\u00e4rkehaltige Wasser verbindet sich gleich mit der So\u00dfe. Nun noch die Pecorina-Ei-Mischung in die Pfanne geben und gut umr\u00fchren.
