wird in passende St\u00fccke (nicht zu gro\u00df) zerteilt, mit MD gew\u00fcrzt, in Mehl getaucht und schnell, scharf im Fett angebraten. Ein St\u00fcck zerlassene Butter wird \u00fcber das Huhn gegossen. Danach die H\u00fchnerteile aus dem Dutch Oven entfernen und beiseite warm stellen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1444-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Die fein gew\u00fcrfelte Zwiebel und die Speckw\u00fcrfel (ggf. auch die Pilze \/ Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel) mit dem Paprikapulver l\u00e4sst man im Fett anbraten\/r\u00f6sten und dann mit ein wenig Zucker anlaufen. Dann gibt man den Paprika dazu, l\u00e4sst alles \u201eglasig\u201c werden und gie\u00dft mit der H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche auf und verbessert den Saft mit Rahm. Sollte das Ganze noch zu \u201ed\u00fcnn\u201c sein, Sauerrahm mit Mehl glattr\u00fchren, in die Sauce gie\u00dfen und einmal aufkochen lassen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1444-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Mit Salz und Pfeffer und MD abschmecken.
