Tomatenmark und Mehl hineingeben, durchr\u00fchren und weitere 2 Minuten kochen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1390-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Dann Senfpulver und Bier hinzugeben und zugedeckt gute 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Wenn kein Senfpulver zur Hand ist, kann man es notfalls auch durch normalen scharfen Senf ersetzen, der dann nach Geschmack zu dosieren ist. Wer mag kann noch ein paar Spritzer Worcestersauce, Salz und Pfeffer hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1390-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Nach den 20 Minuten gegebenenfalls noch mal den Deckel abnehmen und das Bier noch etwas einkochen. Die Mischung darf nicht zu fl\u00fcssig sein, da der Teig sonst zu sehr durchsuppt. Dann abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1390-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">W\u00e4hrenddessen den Teig ausrollen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1390-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Von der abgek\u00fchlten Hackf\u00fcllung kleine Portionen (2-3 Essl\u00f6ffel) auf den Teig geben und aus dem Teig kleine Taschen formen. Die R\u00e4nder mit etwas Eiwei\u00df verkleben.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1390-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Die Taschen dann mit Eigelb bestreichen und bei etwa 220 Grad in den Ofen. Fertig sind sie, wenn der Teig golden ist.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Die Sauce<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1390-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Die Petersilie fein hacken. Mit der Menge ruhig gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig sein, die Sauce soll kr\u00e4ftig gr\u00fcn werden.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1390-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">W\u00e4hrend die Teigtaschen im Ofen vor sich hin br\u00e4unen, in einem Topf die Butter f\u00fcr die Sauce zerlassen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1390-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Das Mehl hinzuf\u00fcgen, kurz durchr\u00fchren und dann nach und nach die H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche mit einem Schneebesen einr\u00fchren bis die Sauce die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz hat.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1390-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Petersilie hinzuf\u00fcgen, evtl. Salz (meist nicht n\u00f6tig, da die Br\u00fche ja schon salzig ist), Pfeffer und einen Schuss Malzessig hinzuf\u00fcgen. Ganz dunkle Biere werden beim Kochen zu kr\u00e4ftig, zu s\u00fc\u00df und nicht bitter genug.<\/span><\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span style=\"display: block;\"><strong> Das Essen<\/strong><\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">Eine Teigtasche, einen kr\u00e4ftigen Klacks Kartoffelp\u00fcree und Sauce auf einen Teller geben. Das Essen ist sehr reichhaltig, eine Portion reicht in der Regel um jegliches Hungergef\u00fchl f\u00fcr geraume Zeit abzut\u00f6ten. Ob man es nun, wie manche Engl\u00e4nder, liebt, wenn der Teig von der Sauce durchweicht ist oder eher den Gegensatz von matschigem und krossem sch\u00e4tzt, muss man rausfinden.
