Mit angefeuchteten H\u00e4nden daraus 20 Klopse formen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2087-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">In einem gro\u00dfen Topf 2 Liter Wasser mit reichlich Salz aufkochen. Die Klopse hineingeben und 10 Minuten bei schwacher Hitze gar ziehen, aber nicht kochen lassen. Die Klopse herausnehmen, vom Kochwasser 1\/2 Liter abmessen und alles beiseitestellen.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2087-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Jetzt die Butter in einem Topf schmelzen, das Mehl darin anschwitzen. Die Milch und das Kochwasser nach und nach dazu gie\u00dfen, dabei st\u00e4ndig mit dem Schneebesen r\u00fchren, damit sich keine Kl\u00fcmpchen bilden. Die So\u00dfe 10 Minuten auf der ausgeschalteten Herdplatte ohne Deckel ausquellen lassen. Ab und zu umr\u00fchren.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2087-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Die Kapern mit der Fl\u00fcssigkeit einr\u00fchren.
